- You need to be globally mobile and make yourself 100% available in terms of timing and location in order to grow in the company. If being an expat you reject a move to another country you get localized in whichever country you are at this moment - Too centralized few room to develop ideas or new ways of doing - Diversity only in terms of nationality, few women in top management and most men with same traditional profile (married with wife and children following them around the world)
