      It has nice office and pretty smart workers at the same time. Its compensation is enough if it is your first job. In general, managers are pretty understanding and helpful

      Cons

      Business flow is so slow and there are many old workers and still works with very old school methods. There is no salary increase, your salary stays almost same after you get in the job.
