      Not so good once you come on the inside

      Pros

      Processes are good, some of the senior management is really good, respect for employees, intolerance for bad behaviour especially towards women

      Cons

      No clarity on career prospects, very little freedom to work, too much centralised, worked with a lot of micro managers, afraid to take hard decisions

      Pros

      Colgate provides a lot of avenues of cross-functional exposure. Also,they encourage high levels of independence & accountability. Good training, both in house as well as though e-learning, is another strength.

      Cons

      There is a shortage of a formal mentoring program. Also, not so frequent exposure to senior management can sometimes be demotivating.
