      very reactive to the marketplace, rather than being proactive. Very conservative company. poor communication.

      safe working environment, good climate of trust amongst employees, excellent profit results, stock value and company performance, opportunities to work abroad

      slow career advancement, focus more on P&L than on innovation, no real courage in top management to bring about much needed change
