Pros
People are respectful and managers generally treat employees well. Colgate is a well oiled machine with solid results. Opportunity to move internationally. Leaders are competent & thoughtful. An environment which does not make employees insecure.
Cons
Can be conservative at times. Not many Asians at top management globally though that is changing. Many senior employees who will not leave company thus blocking opportunities for people reporting to them.
