Pros

The people are generally very nice and receptive to new ideas. The new office is nice and has an open floor plan. The location is ideal for travel with the office walking distance from MARTA.

Cons

This opportunity is great for a person with little to no self-respect, expects no training or networking opportunities, and wishes to be taken advantage of by an often aloof management team. If you prefer to be micromanaged and led by an 'uppity' management team characterized by dishonesty, misrepresentation, and intimidation then look no further. The worst thing about HGS Colibrium is that those that manage the day-to-day operations are too hard-headed to listen or take advice from their own employees. It’s the kind of head-in-the-sand stubbornness that comes along with using decade-old technology that they still don't understand and expecting it to do everything for their clients.

Pros

You're able to work from home on Fridays, if they don't ask you to come in. The new office in buckhead is nice and spacious.

Cons

Where to begin? Their exec team is completely out of touch with the actual experience and advancement of their own employees. They constantly are changing their management organization. They expect their employees to work late and long hours and if you're unable to, they will consider you dead weight. They mismanage a lot of their clients time and have a tendency to shift blame.

I’m sorry to hear that you were so frustrated. Did you discuss your concerns with your manager? We are committed to act quickly when we’re made aware of valid concerns, but we can’t help unless you talk to us. Our voluntary attrition rate is incredibly low (less than 2% for 2015!)–something we’re very proud of. This means our team members are happy at Colibrium and that is of course of utmost priority to us. Thank you for your feedback we will take it into consideration as we continue to grow and build our team.

Pros

Awesome office, great co-workers, fun events...we work hard but have a great time doing it! Great new-hire training, open-door policy with all levels of management. They understand that happy employees are more productive

Cons

Open Enrollment is a little hectic, but everyone pitches in to help out and it's really built up team morale and boosted camaraderie.
