Pros

- None really. This was one of the worst places I have worked at in 10+ years in technology. If had to come up with one positive, I'd say the Seattle team/office seemed to have better leadership (CEO lives there) and experiences.

Cons

Where to start - Management in ATL is prickly and tough to deal with. They clearly do not care about those working for them and it really shows. Outside of some small talk, they will not engage with conversation with you. - Lack of project management experience. A few of the upper managers are solid, but overall the talent at Colibrium has not idea how to run a project. I have yet to see a well defined project plan from anybody at the company. - The product is a bit hard to get excited about. They pitch it health care software but all it really does is get people registered to a plan. Not super interesting.

Pros

Developers work on interesting and challenging projects from the product development projects to client projects. If you like Microsoft tools (MVC, SQL Server) and C# this is a great place to work, as the company provides the most up-to-date development tools and a large product codebase to work in. Company is making a big push into CRM development using major platforms like Microsoft Dynamics. Colibrium has some of the smartest people I have ever worked with including developers, analysts, and management.

Cons

Company has had its share of struggles with the economy as it has been for the past few years, but has always tried to keep the best and the brightest along the way. Management has been very transparent with us over the last few years with what has been going on. Large investment by the new parent company should help smooth out the ups and downs in the future. Roswell office location is not good for me, but software development side of company is moving back to Buckhead (YAY!).
