Joined this firm as an Account Executive on May 2024, and joined the Vadodara branch, for training. The Baroda office is indeed a great place to learn and network. I have been trained about about a lot of sales related role, and even the learning and networking isn't limited to a department, there's a inter department study, which helps us understand the business well. Also, the firm has ensured to maintain employe engagement activities regularly, which would help us to refresh ourselves and build connections and networks with new people as we play.

Not Applicable. Haven't found any issues from the firm so far.

•The company truly values its employees. •It has a beautiful culture of work and fun simultaneously. •Nobody feels like a stranger. •Multiple fun activities are conducted and one can participate. •There's no micro management.

Cons

•I personally didn't find any loophole so far. And I think the training sessions are also great.
