Pros

Till billing comes on your name your salary on 1st of every month before sunrise.

Cons

This is Staffing company who earn through Margin and commission they get from placements. Ok..Let me tell you how this company develop the trap and ruin your time/Career for almost two years. 1 They will call you till you get onboared as interview happen through client. 2 If your salary per month will be Rs100 then Collabera get more than Rs140 each month. and they will promise you that you become permanent at client site after 6 month as it never happens and wont be because this trap developed through "Contract to hire agreements" between Collabera and client. 3 Collabera will ask you to sign different agreement and there appointment letter clearly mean they can fire you anytime for any reason but you can not leave them without giving proper notice of 3 months to 6 months at senior level respectively. 2 At Collabera payroll you won't get email ID but just a portal where you could get all your details related to salary, tax, epf and all. 3 At client site your 1st day of joining (without orientation) will happen as they call it deputation so your salary start from this day even though you have been hired and sitting idle, mostly 1month and so before deputed to client site. they would keep postponing your joining so that they can say your date of joining become your date of deputation. 4 At client site you will always feel ashamed as we Indian take pride in services as per social structure and Qualifications but you will have to report to even junior to you reason being junior is a permanent employee of client. 5 Whatever happens with you at client site, Collabera doesn't even take your call and give any damn to problem that you may have due to travel to any worst country that you haven't even heard off or other reason depends as per circumstances. 6 After 6 months it become 1 year if you are still in that wonderland then client will all of sudden tell you not to come office from next week. So you start calling and writing email through yourbpersonal email id to Collabera and inform this development then they will call you say all that bluff again that "not an issue they have enough client to place you again if not then put you on notice period" # There is no bench concept. # you will sit idle at your home # Next 3 months no salary will come. #Next 3 Month you cant join some other organization as they will make u pay for notice period. # F&F will happened in such a manner so that they could pay you just one month Salary once for all if you are in 3 Months notice period. At the end you will take legal help or as the case may be. suggestions to those who try to join. 1 Read all cons on glassdoor as all are true. 2 Only join when you have no option and ready to suffer. 3 Start looking for job as if you had not join Collabera but this guys make you to sign agreement that you can not look for other job while on there Payroll. Good Luck

Pros

Can't think of any. Except the salary is credited on time.

Cons

Worst experience working with this company. They lack proper management. No work ethics. No transparency. For one simple request/ question, their recruiting/ immigration takes months to reply. Disappointing that I ever joined this company. I'll never recommend working for Collabera even to my worst enemies.

Pros

They offered good salary and fast hiring process

Cons

Terribly unorganized. Constant miscommunications. High employee rotation, my point of contact with company changed in the middle of my claims. They left my last salary partially unpaid. AVOID this company

Your expressed experience is the opposite of what we desire our employees to have. While we are aware that situations are different for everyone - and that the vast majority or those on board with us have only good things to say - we still always want to identify areas for improvement, and your input can certainly help us. We have created a special email for such communication. We urge you to reach out to us so that we can have a direct, interactive conversation. We wish you the best in all your future endeavors.
