Pros

I worked for Amazon through Collabera and was able to work from home.

Cons

I was under the impression that Collebera was just hired by Amazon to recruit me, so when I accepted the job I thought I would be paid and would be working directly for Amazon. However I soon discovered that I would be paid by Collabera. This resulted in a very confusing work arrangement and I often had difficulty communicating with Collabera's staff.

Pros

Other departments will help you in almost everything you need. Fast paced environment, perfect for people who are looking work that will develop their personal growth. People are too busy for office politics.

Cons

Work load is a bit too much vs the pay. if you ask the management for a lighter load they will tell you to just carry on. Prepare to get loads of emails, answer calls and attend meetings well after working hours. Management would rather kill time with meetings than be productive.
