      It takes lot of hard-work and effort to active Network in the organization. Hard to get Interaction with internal team in all division like finance, admin, technology etc for the good details in proposal

      Pros

      There are interesting clients and interesting projects if you can actually get assigned to one. If you know the right people and agree to most everything you can do ok here.

      Cons

      There isn't a lot of feedback for the work that you do and there are not a lot of advancement opportunities. There is some miscommunication about roles and expectations.
