      Pros

      Lower management was friendly and open to help.

      Cons

      Ambiguous work load every day and hours. Poorly ran company with strict metrics to meet expectations for managers. Early on they will challenge your weakest metric by threatening you to do better during long conference calls. Lone wolf style environment. Hard to gain morale for the company. Lots of long sit down meetings. Your projects during normal hours (08:00-17:30) are worked along side with an over night Indian branch of the company- sometimes interfering with finishing your metrics for the day. What is displayed during the training is a cheesy mask for the ugliness this company holds.
