      Lowest Paying, Indian Run Consulting Company But in with Big Business

      Pros

      Steady work with big companies. Pay is consistent although low. Benefits are offered (for employee to pay themselves) that are more reasonable than self insurance.

      Cons

      The pay is NOT commensurate with experience, and forget about reviews or raises... This is contracting pure and simple. This company wants you to just work, work, work without any real return on investment aside from the paycheck. And if, when you're hired, a raise is promised you have to ask for it. It took 9 months for my promised raise to be granted, and then the back pay was taxed at 50% as a bonus.

      First Job!

      This was my first job out of school and to be honest I was really nervous at first because I never did sales before and I knew nothing about Data, AI, Engineering or IT - I was a comm major. My manager Danielle really is so helpful and taught me all the things I needed to be prepared for this role and now I love it. Excited to see what the next few years look like as we transform into a consulting/engineering firm. pros fun work environment I really like the people I work with Flexibility / Hybrid

      Learning the IT when it wasn't your major is hard Def stressful This office is in a rebuild phase so it definitely is hard but also motivating bc there's a lot of opp for $
