      Pros

      American offices culture and the variety of different people and jobs you get to touch. You will become a master at resumes by the time you're done as well.

      Cons

      Salaries are well below even entry level industry standards and you are constantly fighting and uphill battle with Sr. management and the delivery team. Also the fact that this is a performance based industry but that comes with the territory.

      Worst experience and would not suggest to any one.... They don't keep there word on anything they say while taking in

      Absolutely Nothing. I haven't seen or got any positive with this company so far I have been here.woudlnrt recommend to anyone even in no option scenario.

      Cons

      Everything Cannot trust them on anything. Last minute update even time sensitive matters Last minute updates on long follow-up tasks which were given +ve answers in beginning and give up at end at peak last moments and leave employers without any options No communications and no follow-ups Irresponsible replies No transparency No details are explained or given process to employers
