      Pros

      There are many Pros of working with Collabera . I have been here with them for 3 years now . Collabera has been consistent with what it has promised and is very clear with its policies . This is one good consulting form that is the best in all . They have met my expectations at all the front and I truly wish them the best to grow more

      Cons

      Nothing major as such . Few minor issues are everywhere even with big tech giants .

      Everything is good. Senior management is also cooperative. Compensation is also fine, no complaint in that.

      Cons

      No long term projects.
