      Payment on Time (30 or Before 30 Not 1 if Sunday on 30) Systematic Pay Slip and Offer Letter

      Cons

      Leave payment will deduct in same month . Atleast have leave quota of 12 Month's. If yo are not taking leave for the month it will lapse.
