Growth and Teamwork are this company's bread and butter. Personally, this company makes me feel like a person. To clarify, Collectors is unique because in every other job I've ever worked since 2012, I've felt like I was just a number, another hand in the sea of people "just trying to survive". You really do get what you put, so if you walk in with a good attitude and are a positive team player, not only will your coworkers voice out their appreciation, but having the company see you is such a kindness unparalleled in California. You have a chance to thrive.

Cons

Patience! Please exercise patience because this place can be a living paradox at times. Sometimes so much change takes place all around you, you begin to feel like you'll be swept away in an overwhelming tide. The good news is, your not alone, and the tide does calm down. Sometimes too, we are so eager for a change that you may feel does not happen soon enough. Again, be patient. Some change is very quick, and others take time. My advice, learn to swim and go with the flow because each wave is worth it at the end of the day
