Interesting work if you're in the educational field. Many areas within to get involved in. Ample opportunities to work with other teams depending on your interests and skill sets. WLB is also great.

Cons

Career growth can be a bit slow and may be time-based rather than merit-based. Pay and bonus could be higher.
