      -Great benefit -Good pay for a non-profit educational organization -Committed, hard-working colleagues -Opportunity for advancement

      Cons

      -The regional office has a completely different atmosphere, which stems from a having a poor Vice President in place -Low morale -Work/life balance not encouraged; for Educational Managers PTO is discouraged -Strong emphasis on 'getting the sale' -Incompetent leadership leading the departments -Favoritism

      Pros

      Benefits/retirement plan are second to none, excellent work/life balance, laidback work atmosphere, well-organized company structure, everyone is working towards a good cause.

      Cons

      No emphasis on opportunities for training/professional development/career advancement. Employees are rewarded more for tenure than performance; upper-level management overlooks young talent. Many departments are understaffed and salaries do not compensate for this.
