Pros

Good benefits including dependent tuition (although the allowance hasnt changed in years and cant keep up with rising tuition)

Cons

Frequent layoffs, little work-life balance. Expected to respond to emails in the evenings and weekends, and even on vacation. Very "cliquey" and those that are favorites get promoted.

Performance Management a Mess

Business Outlook

Pros

um, it’s hard to say these days.

Cons

EOY Performance management is so bizzare and suspicious. Submitting your review to ED’s before submitting to your manager to make sure it’s “properly compliant” is a great failure of leadership and a lack of managerial courage to actively deal with low performers during the year. This punishes the majority of the company.
