Pros

Some very smart and caring people remain sprinkled throughout the organization. Benefits are great, office space is too nice for a not for profit.

Cons

Over compensated senior leadership (VP and above) truly don't know how to lead, plan, or manage. It's a shame. And it won't get better until drastic turnover from the very top occurs. Where is the Board of Trustees? Don't join this organization if you want to learn anything or grow your career.
