-awful and arrogant leadership -top down culture -bureaucracy everywhere -very small percentage of employees who want to work hard -design and development teams are split in two cities and run by different managers -freelancers are discriminated -no creative process, no innovation, and no empowerment -most of the work that you produce are not being used
