Pros

Great benefits, interesting challenges, good co-workers, fair policies.

Cons

No direction from leadership. Company wants to move fast but cannot decide on direction and how to execute. Product management is done at the program level leading to fragmented strategy and incoherent roadmap. Structurally this company needs to mature before being able to execute on its important mission. I don’t question the intent or integrity of the mission, but leadership’s capacity to execute.

403(b) retirement fund is pretty good. You are vested after two years of service.

Cons

Management talks down to you as if you don't matter. This is not the place if you are a diverse individual. Extremely poor work-life balance.

Pros

Most of the people are very welcoming and the activities and internal groups make working here much more bearable.

Cons

No clear and objective way to advance within the org, pay secrecy ensures that inequality persists (if not only the appearance of inequality), no confidence HR has your back when you raise a concern.
