Not a lot of transparency during pandemic

Pros

The culture used to be great. It’s the reason people stuck around.

Cons

The majority of the company was furloughed during the pandemic, not a lot of clear communication went on with furloughed employees. The company became top heavy once people started coming back from furlough. A lot of employees felt disposable when the company cared more about the consumer than employees.

Pros

- Travel opportunity. I've been in sales forever. In addition to vacation days, you get to travel for 'work' and see amazing places to learn the 'product'. Unlike any other industry. - Sales training is huge here. I grew my skills. Lots of support internally for this. And everyone has the 'share mindset'. Top reps are very open about how they are successful, and help others get there. - Culture is great. Family run company. The opposite of strict corporation. They put people first. - Possibility to make 6 figures. Most reps made that consistently each year. - You earn your leash here. Once management knows that you can handle your territory, you hardly hear from management. They are there for support and are very lax once you get your footing.

Cons

- The learning curve is tough at first with all of the products - but that comes along with many sales jobs. After a few months you learn how to manage your calendar and become more efficient. Years 2-3 were huge for me. Had a lot of success. If you're willing to work hard, you will receive that back in commissions and travel benefits. Well worth it!
