Pros

Salary isn't amazing but if you show up, learn, and work hard you can make $200k+. International sales meetings are always fun. Collette is very well established in the industry and the company sells itself. Great coworkers who are very supportive

Cons

Quite a bit of traveling. Expectations to be on the road 4 days a week so depending on the territory there can be long days. Early mornings and late nights.
