Exciting industry to work in, great company culture.

Very supportive, motivating and friendly group of co-workers who supplied plenty of knowledge during the training period and were there to answer any questions you had. Travel industry/various destinations and product offerings were really interesting to learn about as well.

Cons

Covid-19 had caused Collette to let go of the recent new hires amongst others at the time, unfortunately. Besides that, there was nothing else that was negative in the short time spent there.

- Travel perks- FAM trips that you can apply for, extra time off for company travel - Family owned - In my experience I have been dealt with fairly and the company seems to take care of it's people - Comfortable working environment - Leadership team really cares about the company and it's future

Cons

- With the scale of the company, some departments can sometimes feel like silos
