      Pros

      Fantastic benefits. Very "small company" mentality and we work as a team. Company is expanding quickly and co-workers at all levels are actively involved.

      Cons

      No major cons. There may be some growing pains as the company grows.

      Pros

      None. You are expected to live at and for the company. No amount of hours or profit is ever enough. Compensation is average.

      Cons

      Long hours. Little appreciation. No chance to have a life of your own. Middle management views employees as disposable and replaceable.
