      Great and Growing Fast

      Pros

      The company offers a great wealth of resources for projects and opportunities for learning/development. Great leadership and very competent managers who are knowledgeable and good communicators. Never feel overwhelmed or pressured to work much more than 40 hrs a week, even when things get a bit busy. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      Because the engineering group is growing, sometimes the workload can vary.
