      Pros

      Great company with opportunity to grow and advance career. Culture was great and felt like a smaller firm at the headquarters but slowly becoming more corporate.

      Cons

      Tends to be reactive to current market with respect to pay. Receptive and willing to accommodate requests for higher annual increases but won’t get anything you don’t ask for and push for hard. Also need to have the right people go to bat for you for promotions and raises which can make it much easier or harder. I think this may be the case for most consulting firms though.

      Pros

      I love working here! My coworkers are great; we have plenty of support firm-wide for training, resources, and technical support. For motivated people who want career advancement opportunities with a great atmosphere, this place is great!

      Cons

      Just like everywhere, we're looking for good people to fill our teams. We've interviewed engineers and surveyors, and not everyone we're seeing are actually interested in changing jobs.

      Great company culture, up until Covid great company events. Overall good, teamwork, relaxed work environment. Everyone is helpful and nice.

      Cons

      Sometimes projects can be a little boring.
