Pros

Lots of people willing to support you. Lots of opportunities to learn more and try to grow.

Cons

Raises for promotions are low and capped at a percentage basis and not position basis. Corporate culture is that corporate is right and you are wrong, even with evidence in hand to help prove the problem and the way to fix the situation. Buddy buddy culture and protect toxic/bad managers is a problem here.

Thank you for your candid feedback and for being a part of the team for over three years. We're glad to hear that you've experienced strong peer support and opportunities for growth—those are values we work hard to promote across the organization. We also recognize and take seriously your concerns around compensation structure, recognition, and corporate culture. Feedback like yours helps us reflect on how we can better support and value all employees, especially those in the field who play a critical role in our success. We understand that fair compensation, open communication, and accountability are vital, and your perspective highlights areas where we can continue to grow.

Pros

-Good benefits, great 401k match; -Some people are very nice, but NO ONE is your friend/has your back. You can find nice people in survey, interns, marketing, events, billing, accounting, traffic, and operations. -Some engineers are nice and will answer your questions in detail.

Cons

-Pay is well below market pay; -List of values that seem great until you realize no one abides by them (e.g. see coworkers making fun of someone with a disability and say something, nothing done; same coworker shares words that harm two engineers reputations in front of others and say something, nothing done; report plagiarism, nothing done). -Toxic, Hostile workplace culture; -Diversity, equality, and inclusion are nonexistent; -Favoritism: if you’ve been on the team for more than a year or have a managers title, there’s work/life balance; -Confidentiality is breached and negative gossip is shared, bringing overall morale down; -Team and managers have no empathy or care for people and what they’re going through; -ZERO training. The expect to be an expert at all things because if you are not, you will be told you’re a traitor or sabotaging the team/work/environment. -Make a mistake and suffer for it.

It’s disheartening to hear about your experiences regarding support, and overall morale. We are continually committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment throughout the company. Your observations about workplace behavior and training are particularly concerning, and we will look into these issues. Every employee should feel valued, supported, and equipped to succeed in their roles. Thank you for your time with us!
