      Pros

      The IT and CAD support is second to none, everyone is friendly and treats you with respect. Leadership makes a concerted effort to make sure you're comfortable in your role and always willing to provide guidance and mentorship.

      Cons

      So far, there are no cons to speak of. Though I've only been with the firm for a month, I truly could not be more satisfied in my choice to join Maser

      Pros

      Every employee is approachable. I have yet to meet any one in this company, that you could not get help from. This company has truly been a blessing, especially to someone new to the industry/field

      Cons

      The hourly pay could use some work, but the company makes up for it in projects and career opportunities
