Pros

Colliers Project Leaders - Flexible with work from home Nice downtown office

Cons

Your experience depends on your principal and what account you’re on. It’s clear which accounts people don’t want to be assigned to but you have to be on the account for at least a year before getting moved - that’s what I was told.Team leads are afraid to stand up for the PMs since what client says goes.As long as team leads get their rewards for being a trusted advisor they don’t care how their team is doing.Overwork and pay doesn’t match the stress. Senior leader team (VP, CEO) much better to work with than middle management. Build connections with them and you can better your experience there. Have to keep your eye on the prize to get what you want out of it.
