Colliers manages commercial real estate properties via 3rd party management contract, therefore the contract can be terminated at any moment or not renewed therefore leaving employees without any income if Colliers can't place you at another location. In addition, career advancement for minorities are not plentiful at the middle and executive levels because the company employs less than 15% of African-Americans.
