THIS REVIEW ONLY PERTAINS TO LITTLE ROCK
Pros
LITTLE ROCK ONLY: MY particular bosses were understanding with things that came up with my children and were very flexible when I requested PTO, even if it was fairly short notice. Nice office, parking is not front-door, but not walking to a parking garage 2 blocks away. Getting there late may mean walking 2 blocks through the enormous parking lot though. The work day was 8:30-5 with an hour for lunch and I would leave 98% of the time right at 5:00.
Cons
LITTLE ROCK ONLY: "Christmas" bonuses were a guess. Some years you might get $500 or $1,000, some years nothing at all. Once, a single $100-bill handed out AFTER Christmas. Had to fight for every raise I got. The staff turnover is fairly high. There is an 'us-and-them' mentality by the higher-ups, many of whom look down their noses at the staff. Not much diversity. Inconsistent maternity leave. Several take advantage of some supervisors not paying enough attention to the staff and don't work their full shift. Not enough communication between departments to employees. The first office job I had as an adult where I heard "we're a family" and now I know just HOW much of a red flag that is! Their values were something like, "office (company), clients, family, fun." Excuse me sir, but at no point is my loyalty to you stronger than it will be to my children! Again, so much of the experience anywhere can depend on your co-workers and your bosses. I thought my bosses were great but I had a friend who couldn't stand hers. It's a toss-up and takes a while to figure out who will actually help you and who will throw you under the bus.
