Pros
It a job and it does pay the bills. They treat employees the same, exactly the same, whether your good at your job or bad.
Cons
Very stingy. They prefer that their employees not think for themselves. They prefer you just do nothing until your told and then do it. It's basically like working for a dictator and they don't take kind to employee feedback either. They encourage employees to do be active in their community and to donate to charities. But yet they try not to spend a dime of their own money. Very good at spending others money.
