Pros

Panoramic view from office Working with some nice people

Cons

Micromanagement at its finest. Though luckily my direct manager was lovely, I can’t say the same about her superiors. This company gives you low wages, long working hours and not much career progression unless you go down the surveyor route. The worst experience for me was they made me redundant strategically one month before 2 years of employment so they didn’t have to pay me redundancy. I had continuous good performance and this came out of nowhere at the start of the pandemic. Though they could furlough me to help, they refused to. I can only say to stay away from this company if you don’t want to waste years of your life. Their conduct towards me was vindictive to say the least. They are not inclusive and they tend to only hire and keep British people.
