Pros

At least now we have some peace and actual room for breathing.

Cons

The department was led by an alleged seem-to-be alcoholic, so called women empowerment HoD, apparently constantly in war with other departments, reputedly always bad mouthing colleagues and other similar companies and individuals (including the new company this person is shifting their “army” to). A new office space was apparently signed to hold more capacity, while downsizing, causing a major dent in P&L and became the joke in the industry. Creating a toxic relationship with favouritism, school-girl politics strategies. Solemnly wishing the new company and its employees the best of luck with the problematic future.

No wfh allowed for more than 2-3 days, seniors and managers are kind of rude and mostly have an attitude.
