Pros

Free lunch on a friday and drinks on a friday afternoon Work pretty much stops Friday PM Regional offices are where you will be happiest

Cons

- Limited progression - Thinks they are a "big firm" so lacks agility you would expect in a smaller firm. - Aged approach to culture and training. - Toxic and gossipy environment. - Very much 'my client', my team attitude - Senior managers stretch teams to ensure larger bonuses, rather than hiring to be able to deliver better client service.

Pros

There are some good people there still

Cons

Everyone good is leaving. The firm has no direction at all; lots of toxic people and just a clear lack of strategy. Essentially a mid tier local real estate firm now.

Pros

Plenty of growth opportunities, new contracts, very stable and large/well-known presence in the market

Cons

The policy for remote work is outdated, as companies try to attract and retain top talent. The outdated thinking of a regular 9-5 to get the job done, instead of being results-driven.
