Some nice colleagues that save the work environment
Cons
Generally a hire and fire culture with high turnover and low morale. Lack of diversity as leadership team has no qualms in making it known that they prefer a younger workforce and caucasians over locals. There is no work life balance and headcount is randomly cut as part of cost cutting measure. HR is weak. Does not look into staff retention and feedback are not taken seriously or just swept under the carpet.
