Pros

Education, Resources, Network, Well capitalized.

Cons

Poor leadership and Managment. They bring in talent and never give you true splits on commission earnings, just advertise “unlimited earning potential”. Get in writing what your splits are with BOTH the house/company along with any team, don’t let them be vague around figures and put it in writing, they won’t because they want control over your listings and commissions. They commenced shady practice including adding obscure monthly fees against any commissions earned. Poor leadership at this shop would look elsewhere.

Pros

Large and well known company with proven track record.

Cons

No room for growth, compensation not commensurate to experience or work ethic. Management is lacking and does not care about employees.
