Pros

upper management is very competent, friendly and there are many resources to get the job done. Promotions from within do happen here

Cons

Work life balance nonexistent. Was expected to be on call 24-7 as well as in the office from 8-6. Supervisor was not qualified and had no talent for leadership. Supervisor’s own lack of confidence/insecurity created many issues and needless drama. There seemed to be an unusually high turnover rate overall throughout the different departments.

Nice office and space. Fair compensation and decent benefits.

Cons

Select few rude staff & management (clique) creates negative atmosphere to arrive at daily. No collaboration. No guidance. No one to go to. No thank you.
