Pros

Great people, reasonable benefits

Cons

Production mill can be intense with some team leaders always pushing for more. Quality can suffer. Work/life balance is not great for specialists and senior specialists with no access to income streams other than production.

Pros

--Great Templates-Stable Excel which is simple to use, easy synchronization with word documents --Majority of people are great, helpful in working out challenging assignments --Opportunity to face with senior management very quickly --Access to top information sources such as REIS, CoStar, etc.

Cons

--New internal database system needs some help. --Majority of work is procured by few top people, distribution can be nonsensical at times --Overall Poor Compensation to non-commissioned, early splits with commissioned staff can be harsh --At times internal politics are annoying, harmful to firm, and questionable in reason
