I would like to bring to your attention some critical concerns regarding the working environment in the North region. In this region, the functioning of all departments is heavily client-driven. Employees often have little to no autonomy, and decisions—even routine ones—are entirely dictated by the client. This creates a highly pressurized environment where there is no room for flexibility or independent judgment. Moreover, even minor mistakes are met with public humiliation rather than constructive feedback or guidance in private. This not only demoralizes employees but also discourages a healthy learning environment. For taking leaves you have to bow down on knees , Unfortunately, the support from HR in such cases is absent. Their role has largely been symbolic, offering little to no resolution in matters of concern. Even at the time of departure, after proper coordination, employees are often subject to undue humiliation. The Full and Final (F&F) settlement process is opaque and seemingly arbitrary, with unexplained deductions that employees must contest themselves.
