Pros

work/life balance, unlimited earning potential

Cons

Training. At the office I worked in your training depended on who you ran for or your mentor. Some guys were awesome but most were not interested in training younger agents. Overall there was no clear direction or emphasis on training.

Pros

New technologies to work Feels like a small start-up in a big company Not too many processes

Cons

Top heavy organization and very political for a small IT team. Changes that impact you directly get implemented without communicated; therefore you often get surprised and frustrated. Almost to none processes often drive randomization from the leadership team.

Friendly and supportive. They did a great job of encouraging growth within the company and the industry. The pay for the position was okay.

Cons

Sometimes, it is not always clear the direction of the managment.
