      As a broker, CI provided a very entrepreneurial environment with no limit on potential earnings.

      Pros

      My two favorite thing about Colliers was the entrepreneurial environment and the push to collaborate with other brokers, locally and around the world.

      Cons

      Management was sort of like a revolving door during my 7 years there. I think the biggest con was a lack of local leadership.

      Fruitful opportunity to learn about real estate and analysis. Good exposure to management, brokerage, and community. Also good access to valuable tools utilized by the real estate profession. Plenty of opportunities to learn

      The culture varies dramatically office to office. You will have support from the national research office, but be wary of local management and policies. Consistency and implementation varies, and this can lead to workplace satisfaction issues within the administrative staff
