Our employee engagement survey and subsequent focus groups really enable us to prioritize any of the key feedback we receive, which in turn directs our people services and business initiatives for the following year. We have consistently achieved AON "Best Employer" status for the last few years now, most of which is thanks to the programs and initiatives we have introduced based on this feedback.

      Fun culture, other young peers to work with

      Cons

      Not enough mentorship Didn’t provide guidance with the work and left a lot of the onus on the juniors to “figure it out” I eventually left because I couldn’t go to sleep at night not knowing if my analysis for my clients was fully vetted because no seniors read it thoroughly upon submission Some toxic senior members among some actually genuine people but one bad apple ruins the rest of the bunch
