Our Melbourne business won the Real Estate Institute of Australia national award for agency of the year in 2017, and has an Aon engagement score above the national average. Our Australian business takes its culture very seriously and is an Aon Best Employer for 2 years running, and was AREA Commercial Agency of the year in 2018. While we don’t dispute that you felt that way, it seems that our people are feeding back that they are happy at Colliers and performing at a very high level.

      Great team, great results

      Pros

      I worked with an amazingly knowledged team. I learned from them great management skills, effective communication, persistence, hard work, amongst other great qualities.

      Cons

      Pay was much lower than what I had got in previous jobs for doing similar work with a similar level of responsibilities.
