Pros

Only the Teammates were supportive. Worst Company policies, I haven't received my confirmation even after 2 years of my service. NO Appraisals (They Don't Even Know What it is). NO Salary hike. Nothing is transparent.

Cons

Very Poor management. No Support OnSite. Unskilled Corporate. A lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. I had to leave the company during the second wave as they started paying me half a month's salary without any intimation.
