Pros

Great location to work from, nice and clean offices, friendly administrative team for the most part and great comms between the head office and Leeds branch

Cons

As with most larger business, slow responses to questions raised. My position was temp to perm and the decision to make me perm took too long and I found a new position as a result. Also they don’t always utilise all of the administration staffs skill sets best - unless you want to become a surveyor there’s little development opportunities in the team The Leeds office was mainly white and white male too. All admin staff were white female. Lots of meetings about diversity and inclusion, but most of the staff there outside of admin where middle/upper class white men Also post pandemic I don’t think they kept the office administrator role, and it was one of the first to go. Which seems a shame, as the role will need to be filled again as the city centre opens up more and more. Surely that person could’ve been utilised in another team or offered part time in the interim of the pandemic. For a large company eith great earning potentials, this seems very poor.
