      Fast moving, entrepreneurial, room to grow if you want it

      Pros

      The company is still an underdog, it's growing like crazy and growth means there are lots of opportunities for those who put their hands up.

      Cons

      There are still areas of the company that are underdeveloped. Some of the programs you would expect from a larger employer aren't there yet. The company is still very lean.
